Suggested Texas Whiskey: Dealers Choice

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Texas Bourbon

  • 1/4-1/2 oz real maple syrup, to taste

  • 1 oz fresh apple cider

  • 2 Dashes pecan or aromatic bitters

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Add ice and stir 20-30 rounds. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Finish with additional bitters if desired, and garnish with fresh apple slice, cinnamon stick or rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
